We strive to ensure transparency regarding payments and refunds.

Refund Policy
Refunds will NOT be processed under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect course purchase
• Change of mind
• Non-attendance of live/recorded classes
• Technical issues due to user’s device or internet
• Course already accessed or downloaded

Refunds may be processed only in:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment deducted but enrolment not received

Cancellation Policy
Since all courses are digital:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

Replacement / Access Issues
If there is a technical issue:

• We will reinstate access
• Extend course validity (if applicable)
• Provide alternative access methods

Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
