Dr. Uzma Azhar Ali holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and has more than a decade of teaching and research experience across universities in Delhi-NCR, including School of Planning and Architecture (SPA, Delhi), Jamia Millia Islamia, Jawaharlal Nehru University, South Asian University, IGNOU, Christ University, and O.P. Jindal Global University. Her doctoral research was an ethnographic study of Turkman Gate neighbourhood at Old Delhi, exploring the socio-political and cultural identities of its residents. Her research interests span urban transformation, cultural practices and lived heritage. She has worked on projects examining the growth of art galleries in Lal Dora areas of Delhi and is presently working as a Consultant on the Social Impact Assessment of DMRC’s multimodal ISBT projects at Sarai Kale Khan and Anand Vihar. Dr. Azhar’s documentary project, Archiving Living Residue of a Lost World (supported by the Azim Premji University Research Foundation, available on YouTube) visually documents the traditionally skilled craft- occupations of Shahjahanabad. She is also the editor of The Student’s Question: Student Movements in Post-Independent India (2026-7) and is presently translating the Guru Granth Sahib into Hindustani. Her social commitments include collaborative work on various projects with the NGO Educational Forum for Women Justice and Social Welfare (EFWJSW).

Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Gour is a distinguished faculty member specializing in Anthropology and General Studies (Paper 2 & 4) for Civil Services examinations. With over two decades of teaching experience across premier institutions such as DIAS, Sapiens IAS (New Delhi), Govt. PETC Bhopal/Indore/Mhow, and AASC Assam, he has mentored thousands of aspirants with his rigorous academic approach. He holds a PhD in Public Administration and advanced degrees in Microbiology and Library & Information Science from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Dr. Gour has authored several widely used books on General Studies, Public Administration, Administrative Thinkers, and Civil Services preparation materials, including 72 charts and atlases published under his name. He is deeply committed to academic excellence, he combines subject mastery with practical insights to make complex concepts accessible for UPSC/PCS learners.

Ratan Singh is a dedicated teacher of English with 14years of teaching experience across diverse programs such as CLAT, BANKING, CSAT, SSC etc. He has always been committed to helping students develop their language proficiency and exam readiness through effective teaching strategies. Apart from teaching, he has successfully designed and delivered lesson plans tailored to the requirements of exams. He has worked to improve students’ reading comprehension abilities, vocabulary and grammar and even writing skills through effective language engaging teaching methods. He provides effective one-on-one mentoring and feedback to enhance students' performance. He has strong command of all three aspects of English (grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension) and has experience of classroom and online teaching. He tries to integrate real life examples and current affairs into teaching, thus simplifying the complex ideas. He believes in igniting the minds of his student through their active participation in the process of learning.

Parul Julka is a doctoral researcher in Education at Jamia Millia Islamia. Her research engages with learner well-being, Indian psychology, and issues concerning marginalized social groups. Having obtained an M.Ed. from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a B.EI.Ed. from University of Delhi, her research endeavours are centered on augmenting educational outcomes and fostering student well-being. She also specialises in foundational literacy and numeracy and have worked extensively with NCERT for resource development and finalization at various stages.
